What is your delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the complexity, quantity, and materials of the parts. We will create a detailed production plan based on your specific needs and strive to meet your deadlines.
What documents do I need to provide to get a quotation?
We accept various CAD file formats, including STP, IGES, X_T, DWG, PDF, and STL1. Please provide drawings that include part dimensions, materials, quantities, and surface treatment requirements.
What if I only have a sample but no drawings?
If you don’t have drawings, please provide photos of the sample (from all angles) along with its overall dimensions, material, surface treatment, and quantity1. We will provide an estimated quote based on this information. If the price is acceptable, we can create drawings based on the sample and adjust them to perfection
How do you ensure the quality of CNC-machined parts?
Quality assurance is a crucial part of our manufacturing process. We implement multiple quality control measures, including material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. We use high-precision measurement equipment, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)2, to ensure all parts meet the required specifications.
What is the maximum size you can process?
The maximum size we can process is 6.5 meters (L) × 4.2 meters (W) × 1.8 meters (H), suitable for large and complex components.
